Jewelry TLC

We hope you love your new purchases and that you will enjoy wearing the accessories for years to come.  Please lay your jewelry flat during travel to keep the gem stones in top condition.  Also, make sure to keep your jewelry away from liquids, perfumes and lotions to ensure their longevity. 

Shipping Policies

Please allow 2-3 days processing time per order. Orders will be send Priority Mail via the US Postal Service.  Average shipping time via USPS is 2-5 business days.  Please note that shipping times may vary.  

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and/or a tracking number for your package.  

Return Policies

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please contact us at hello@gemmajewelsshop.com within 10 days of receiving your item.  Make sure you include your invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Exchange Policies

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.  If items are damaged during shipping, we are so sorry!  We package each item with care, but sometimes the rough transit damages the product.  If that is the case, please e-mail us at: hello@gemmajewelsshop.com to discuss how we can fix the issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
